Halloween Child

This photo was taken two years ago.  Street photography allows for the image sharing of people in public spaces, but I feel the need to wait at least a couple of years to share photos of children that I don't know personally. Even then, I tend to hesitate.  This child is in costume though, and I feel like their anonymity is protected.
