Cancelling Washington Post subscription

I am adding a bitchy mood digital art piece of mine here. I originally shared this image on FB a while back when discussing hell and evangelicals. It fits my mood after dealing with the Wahington Post for the second time in two weeks.

I had already believed I had cancelled my Washington Post Subscription. I really don't want anything to do with them. I did it the "right" way. Twice. I discovered that they still charged me for a monthly subscription even after going through their process again two weeks ago. I have been more than a little frustrated. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE WASHINGTON POST.

I finally copied my most recent discussion with their d-mn chat support to send to my bank with a stop payment request, and here it is:

This messaging feature is powered by Zendesk. By using this feature, you consent to the processing and recording of information you submit and of this messaging session by The Washington Post, Zendesk and our other service providers.

says:I cancelled my subscription and now I see that it has been charged again to my account.

And then PayPal was glitchy. The good result of this is I went through and reviewed all of my PayPal payments.

I sent an email to my bank requesting a cancellation of payment. Hopefully that happens.
